Presentación Proyecto de sistema de recursos visuales para comunidades y meetups de WordPress

En este vídeo mostramos el proceso de trabajo realizado durante nuestras prácticas en WordPress España. El proyecto consiste en diseñar un sistema de recursos visuales para comunidades y meetups, con el objetivo de mejorar la coherencia gráfica de sus comunicaciones y facilitar la creación de piezas para redes sociales, eventos y presentaciones.
Durante el vídeo se puede ver cómo partimos de una fase de investigación, en la que analizamos las necesidades principales: falta de coherencia visual, una paleta de color poco definida y la necesidad de crear una identidad adaptable a distintos formatos. A partir de ahí, desarrollamos en Figma diferentes plantillas y propuestas visuales pensadas para que puedan editarse posteriormente en Canva de forma sencilla.
También se muestran dos líneas gráficas distintas: una más limpia y minimalista, y otra más dinámica y llamativa. Ambas mantienen la identidad de WordPress España, pero ofrecen diferentes posibilidades según el tipo de comunicación o evento. En conjunto, el vídeo resume la evolución del proyecto desde el análisis inicial hasta la creación de un sistema visual flexible, útil y accesible para las comunidades.

In this video, we showcase the workflow we followed during our internship at WordPress Spain. The project involved designing a visual resource system for communities and meetups, with the goal of improving the visual consistency of their communications and streamlining the creation of content for social media, events, and presentations.

Throughout the video, you can see how we began with a research phase, during which we analyzed the main needs: a lack of visual consistency, an undefined color palette, and the need to create an identity adaptable to different formats. From there, we developed various templates and visual proposals in Figma, designed to be easily edited later in Canva.

Two distinct graphic styles are also presented: one cleaner and more minimalist, and the other more dynamic and eye-catching. Both maintain the WordPress Spain identity but offer different possibilities depending on the type of communication or event. Overall, the video summarizes the project’s evolution from the initial analysis to the creation of a flexible, useful, and accessible visual system for the communities.
